People you will work with and meet at Caringtree

You may meet and talk to several people within our company as you work together with CaringTree Senior Care. Each person you meet has one primary focus: To provide you with a friendly, informative response to your question or concern.  You are welcome to call and talk to any of our staff members to get your questions answered.  Listed below are the various staff members you may encounter and a brief overview their roles.

 Owner

 Joe Orlando is CaringTree Senior Care's founder and sole owner.

 Joe is the company’s President & CEO, and he is ultimately responsible for all company functions.  Joe holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a MA in International Business from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.  His prior work experience includes positions such as Account Executive, Financial Manager, Project Manager and Director with 3M, Booz-Allen-Hamilton, BAAN, Metro Staffing Resources and Robert Half International.  He is responsible for building sound operating systems and a culture of excellence within the company.

 Office Manager/Scheduling Coordinator

 Lynn Basch

 Lynn has 30 years of experience in the staffing and home care field.  She came to CaringTree from Senior Bridge, a national care management firm.  Her previous experience includes a management position at Kelly Home Care where she supervised and coordinated the staffing of over 6,000 weekly hours of home care for 6 Ohio offices.  Lynn has also held positions at home care organizations at Fairview and Lakewood Hospitals.
